Do I have to become a member to place an order?

No, you don’t. You can place an order any time you want, even if you are not a member. But remember, our members benefit from a great many discounts and campaigns, and receive updates in new designs and developments with regard to Kaer.
 

How do you ensure secure payment?

All your transactions are processed using SSL. Kaer does not save any credit card information or personal information and also not share with any third parties.
 

Can I cancel my order?

As long as we don’t ship your order, you can cancel it any time you want.  If your order already shipped, you need to send an e-mail to [email protected] by indicating your reason for seeking the cancellation, as well as your order number.

How can I follow my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging to your account to access “My Orders” or by using your order number and email at the check order status page.
 

How can I pay?

To make your payments, you can choose one of the following options which are offered to you at the order page;
CREDIT CARD,  DEBIT CARD,  WISE TRANSFER,  MONEYGRAM
