How can I return/change an item?
We take full reponsibility over our products. Therefore we offer our clients 100% return/change warranty. If by any reason you’re not pleased with the product you can send it to return/change in 1 month.*
*Exchange can be done for the products within the same collection.

When will I receive the refund after a return?
We issue a refund using the same payment method you used when placing your order. Your money will be refunded within 3-10 working days depending on your payment methods policy. *
*If you paid by wire transfer, we kindly ask you to add your bank account information (name and IBAN) as a note for the refund.
What happens if I’d like to return/change an item at a discount?
If an item at a discount is refunded, given the campaign conditions continue to be met, a refund or exchange is made without the cancellation of the campaign. However, if the return and replacement products do not meet the campaign conditions, the campaign will be canceled and a fee will be charged for return item, taking into account the cancellation of the campaign.
